Let's Have "An Udder-ly Good Time" in 2015!
All Profits go to Local Charities.
How It all began...
In 1990 Greg Kinghorn and some of his friends rode to Ottawa to a Bike shop (B.A. Machine) where Peri commented “here come those “Cowpaddy Boys”. When asked what they meant, the cow manure on their bike tires was pointed out as the root of the comment. A short time after that Greg and Eddie Holmes were sitting at a picnic table talking about the “Cowpaddy Boys” and Greg was doodling on a napkin, coming up with what would become The Cowpaddy Boys Logo. Greg started by having t-shirts made, which he sold to friends. He was so successful with the shirts that he decided to approach his brother Steve and other family and friends about starting a Rodeo and Roast at Steve’s property at 9500 Hall Road, where “Demolition Derbies” had been held previously (until they were deemed to be too dangerous to continue).
Today Big Daddy with the support of Eddie Holmes, and other family & friends including many former “Cowpaddy Boys” committee members, is resurrecting the original spirit of brotherhood and good fun motorcycle events, with ALL PROFITS to Local Charities. We hope to see you all at a “Big Daddy’s Cowpaddy” event.
